Ball check valves in grey or ductile cast iron

Ball check valves are non-return valves that act on their own, when the ball is interrupted it returns to its seat and stops backflow. This valve is based on the free movement of the ball inside the body, the design of the guide of the ball and the delivery duct ensures a completely open passage and without bottlenecks, in fact they are full flow with minimal pressure drop.

The internal body of the ball check valve is never obstructed thanks to the automatic action, this feature means that these valves can be used with fluids with particles, but not with aggressive fluids. The ball check valve is maintenance-free and automatically cleans itself.

The ball check valves can be installed either horizontally or vertically, but the direction of the fluid, when the valve is open, must be in the direction indicated by the arrow. The maximum temperature for the fluid is 70°C, the maximum operating pressure is 16 bar except for DN 250 and DN 300 which is 10 bar. The seal is achieved by the action of a rubber ball NBR. The ball check valves can be flanged or threaded.
